At Indus Clothing, we want you to absolutely love what you ordered. However, if something isn't right, we’re here to make the return and exchange process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Please find our return and exchange guidelines below for items purchased from Indus Clothing:

Free Returns and Exchanges

You are eligible for free returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are unused, have their original tags attached, and are returned in the original packaging bag.
Note: For multiple-item exchanges, please raise a separate request for each item, selecting your preferred size and color individually.

After 7 Days

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges once 7 days have passed since delivery. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Two-Time Exchange Policy

Even within the 7-day window, we allow a maximum of two exchanges. We kindly request that you select your size or color carefully during the first exchange, as we do not offer returns or further exchanges on items that have already been exchanged once. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can initiate an exchange request directly through our website. Please ensure that any such issues are reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Planning to Exchange for a Different Item?

If you opt for an exchange, you can select an alternative product of equal or lesser value.

If the selected replacement item is of lower value, the store credit of the same value will be issued within 7 working days after we receive your returned parcel at our warehouse.
